Chives add so much flavour to your food and even salad dressing. Growing them is very easy and as you cut them they keep growing back, its awesome! Plant chives in the full sun in your garden or they do very well in containers, then you can keep them close to the door and use them all the time.
Try this cool cocktail with chives
Genepy Cricket 1½ ounces Botanist Gin 1¼ ounce s lime juice ½ ounce Dolin Genepy liqueur ½ ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur ½ ounce mint and chive syrup 4 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well then strain using a fine mesh strainer into a glass. Garnish with chamomile foam on top, black pepper and chives.
